  • How often should I bring my car in for maintenance check ups?
    This all depends on how many kilometers are put on the vehicle. We will set up a schedule for your vehicle upon your first visit. We will be sure to send an email to remind you when the next service is due!
  • How often does my oil need to be changed? Why do I need to change it?
    It all depends on your vehicle. We will let you know when the service is due. Changing the oil extends the life of your engine but also it needs to be performed to protect any warranty you currently have on your vehicle.
  • If my car has a warranty, am I allowed to have it serviced?"
    Yes! We can maintain your new car. Having your vehicle serviced at our shop protects your new car warranty. Don’t be manipulated by the dealer, we are your alternative!
  • Where to get your car towed to?
    If it is not during business hours, simply tow your vehicle to your home. Call us when we open so arrangements can be made to bring your vehicle to our shop. If it is during business hours, give us a call and we can get the vehicle towed.
  • Is it important to get a second opinion when it comes to vehicle maintenance?
    The short answer is no. Ideally, you should look for a shop with a good reputation and trust them to take care of you.
  • What is an area of car maintenance that often gets neglected?
    We feel it is our obligation to inform the client of all maintenance services. As long as the client is informed, it is their decision whether to do them or not.
  • How can I ensure I’m getting the best service from my technician and make sure I’m avoiding unnecessary risks?
    If you don’t feel comfortable after a visit to an auto shop then I would recommend moving on. If the shop was referred by word of mouth and have good online reviews, then it’s probably a safe bet!

    A proper thorough service performed by a professional takes time. Your vehicle is an expensive machine, give it the attention it needs.
